refugees who see from far away a spot of dim light at the end of the tunnel, back to the "red hell". It is really an unfa- -vorable decision which makes it hard to protect and to propa- -gandize for democracy and freedom.

The lucky survivors of the exodus were the bravest unknown freedom fighters. They silently opposed the tyranic communists by sacrifying their own lives to glorify domocratic

and free causes.

Dear Sirs, the decision to expel and repatriate the Indochinese refugees, who are temporarily living in South East Asia, back to the "red hell" of Hanoi's government means:

-

You are proclaiming the death sentence to 45,000 existent refugees.

You are denying the spiritual value of 50,000 people who had been buried under the ocean, while they tried to escape the tyranic communists.

To expel and repatriate the 45,000 political refugees back to the "red hell" of Hanoi's government

means

you have involuntarily recognized and accepted the expansion of the red communists all over the world.

Dear Sirs,

1. Please, all democratic and free nations of the world, by your humanity and in order to protect the demo- -cracy and freedom, open your heart, open your arms, receive more of the communist victims who had silently opposed the communist red hell. They had run into the dead sea to look for a free world, please, permit them to settle in your free country.

2. Please, all South East Asia free countries, where

the refugee camps are located, for humanity, receive and treat the Indochinese refugees in a better way. Please, don't treat us, the communist victims came to you for help as the convicts or the criminals.
