Specific
(1) To devise a suitable programme for a systematic
liberalisation of the closed centre with particular
reference to the services provided to refugees under
the auspices of the UNHCR. These services include

Other Services
To assess the need for measures to alleviate the impact
on law and order and transport within the local district.
