as a condition of the grant, this Administration will expect to receive a six monthly progress report and finally a certified statement of expenditure and a final project status report covering the period of the grant not later than 1 May 1989.

As soon as you confirm your acceptance of the Grant now offered and the accounting arrangements we have attached to it, we will make arrangements to pay the grant in two instalments. A receipt of each payment will be required. After receiving the first instalment you will need to make a claim for the subsequent instalment by completing the attached form. The completion of this standard form will now be required for all projects we are currently funding.

5. Any equipment purchased under the ODA grant, either fully or in part, will remain the property of the project at the end of the funding period, unless otherwise agreed with ODA.
