PNEUMOCONIOSIS (COMPENSATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1988
(No. 35 of 1988)
The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend
the Pneumoconiosis (Compensation) Ordinance to increase the amount the Board may advance on account of a claim for compensation under the Ordinance and at the same time to remove a slight doubt as to the power of the Board to make the advance.
Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
