An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Short title Ordinance 1988.

Section 7(1)(1) of the Road Traffic Ordinance is amended by Regulation of adding after "light buses"-

", and the review by a Transport Tribunal of any decision of the Commissioner to amend any such licence".
