This Ordinance is a private measure providing for the incorporation of the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Hong Kong (the "Assembly"). The Ordinance sets out the objects and powers of the Assembly and provides for the transfer to the Asssembly of assets previously vested in a company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance. company is dissolved by the Ordinance.
