GUARDIANSHIP OF MINORS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1988

(No. 32 of 1988)

This Ordinance repeals section 22 of the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance which restricts the jurisdiction of the District Court in relation to minors over the age of 16 years.

2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
