EMPLOYMENT (AMENDMENT)

(7) Any licensee who contravenes any provision of section 57 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $20,000.";

(d) in section 63—

(i) in subsection (1) by deleting "section 11E, 11F(3) or (4), 23, 24, 25 or 31" and substituting the following-

"section 11E or 11F(3) or (4)”;

(ii) in subsection (5) by deleting "49A, 72A(1), (2) or (3) or 72B(a) or (b)" and substituting the following-

"49A or 72A(1) or (2)";

(iii) in subsection (5A)—

(A) in paragraph (b) by deleting the semicolon and substitut-

ing the following-

(B) by deleting paragraph (c);

"; or";

(e) by adding after section 63 the following-

"Offences relating to sections 23, 24, 25, 31, 72A and 72B and penalty.

63A. (1) Any employer who wilfully and without reasonable excuse contravenes any of the provisions of section 23, 24, 25 or 31 shall be guilty of an offence.

(2) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of section 72A(3) or 72B(a) or (b) shall be guilty of an offence. (3) A person who is guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $20,000."; () in section 64(1) by inserting after "(3)" the following-

"or 63A(1)";

(g) by deleting section 73(3); and

(h) by adding after section 73 the following-

"Penalty for contravention

74. Regulations under this Ordinance may provide that a contravention thereof shall be an offence and may provide of regulations. penalties therefor not exceeding a fine of $20,000.".

3. The Employment Agency Regulations are amended in the pro- visions mentioned in column 1 of the Second Schedule to this Ordinance by deleting the amounts mentioned in column 2 and substituting the amounts mentioned in column 3.

The Employment of Children Regulations are amended- (a) in the provisions mentioned in column 1 of the Third Schedule to this Ordinance by deleting the amounts mentioned in column 2 and substituting the amounts mentioned in column 3; and
