EMPLOYMENT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1988

This Ordinance amends the Employment Ordinance
and its subsidiary legislation to -
(a) increase the level of fines; and
(b)
2.
remove the offence of obstructing public officers which is already provided for in the Summary Offences Ordinance.
Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
