This Ordinance amends section 4 of the Dangerous Goods (Consignment by Air) (Safety) Ordinance to make offenders liable for expenses incurred by the Director of Civil Aviation in seizing, removing and detaining dangerous goods.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the

name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
