This Ordinance amends section 7(1)(1) of the Road Traffic Ordinance to empower the Governor in Council to make regulations providing for the review by a Transport Tribunal of a decision of the Commissioner for Transport to amend the terms or conditions of a passenger service licence.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
