AMENDMENT OF FRANCHISE (KOWLOON MOTOR BUS COMPANY) ORDER 1988

Made by the Governor in Council under section
5(5).
1. This order may be cited as the
Amendment of Franchise (Kowloon Motor Bus
Company) Order 1988.
Amendment of
franchise
(Cap 230).
2. The franchise granted to the Kowloon
Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited under section
5(1) of the Ordinance shall be amended to the
extent set out in paragraph 3.

Service Area
Schedule.
3. With effect from the day specified
in the second column of the Schedule, no bus
on any route referred to in the third column
of the Schedule opposite that day shall within
the North-west Transit Service Area
(a)
put down any passenger who has
boarded the bus within the North-west
Transit Service Area; or
