An Ordinance to amend the Immigration Regulations.

[25 February 1987]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration Regulations Short title and (Amendment) Ordinance 1987 and shall be deemed to have come into commencement. operation at 2.30 p.m. on 25 February 1987.

2. The Second Schedule to the Immigration Regulations is Amendment to amended--

(a) in item 3 by deleting "40.00" and substituting the following—

“45.00";

(b) in item 4 by deleting "50.00" and substituting the following-

"55.00";

(c) in item 5 by deleting "35.00" and substituting the following-

"40.00";

(d) in item 6 by deleting "50.00" and substituting the following—

"55.00";

(e) in item 8 by deleting "100.00" and substituting the following-

"115.00";

(ƒ) in item 9 by deleting "55.00" and substituting the following-

"60.00";

(g) in item 10 by deleting “100.00” and substituting the following-

"115.00":

the Second Schedule to the Immigration Regulations.
