An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regula- tions and the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations.

[25 February 1987]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driving Licences Short title and Regulations and Registration and Licensing of Vehicles Regulations) commencement. (Amendment) Ordinance 1987 and shall be deemed to have come into operation at 2.30 p.m. on 25 February 1987.

2. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Amendment of Regulations is amended-

Second Schedule to the

(a) in relation to the fee for issue or renewal of a full driving licence, Road Traffic

by deleting "170" and substituting the following--

"180":

(b) in relation to the fee for issue or renewal of a driving instructor's

licence, by deleting "520" and substituting the following-

"550";

(c) in relation to the fee for a learner's driving licence, by deleting

"350" and substituting the following-

"370";

(d) in relation to the fee for a temporary driving licence, by deleting

"170" and substituting the following

(Driving Licences) Regulations. (Cap. 374, sub. leg.)
