The purpose of this Ordinance is to make provision postponing the holding of the third annual general meeting of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited and to extend the periods in respect of which the company accounts and balance must be prepared and laid before that meeting.
2.
Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
