Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driving Licences Short title Regulations and Registration and Licensing of Vehicles Regulations) and (Amendment) Ordinance 1988 and shall be deemed to have come into operation at 2.30 p.m. on 2 March 1988.

2. The Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations are amended by Replacement deleting the Second Schedule and substituting the following

"SECOND SCHEDULE

[regs. 11(6), 12(3), 13(5), 15(1), 22(1), 23(1), 24(3), 31(2), 36(2), 40 & 42(1).]

of Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations.
