Amend the Banking Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Ordin- Short title and ance 1988 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 1988. commencement.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the Second Replacement of Schedule and substituting the following

Second Schedule.
