In accordance with Royal Instruction XXVII, the

Deutsche Bank (Merger) Bill 1988 was published in the Hong

Kong Government Gazette on 26th February 1988 and 4th March

1988.

In accordance with Standing Order 39(3), notice

of its intended introduction into the Legislative Council

was advertised in the "South China Morning Post" and the

"Sing Tao Jih Pao" on 15th and 16th February 1988.
