CLAUSE 6:
APPLICATION OF ARBITRATION ACT 1950
This clause permits the application of certain sections of the
Arbitration Act 1950 to arbitration proceedings under Article 4 of
Annex II to the Convention. It would, inter alia, permit the
Lord Chancellor to require the attendance of witnesses in, or
examination of parties to, arbitration proceedings.
