the HKFE to draw up proposals for amending the
Memart.
The Commodities Trading Commission to consider
the proposals.
Submission of proposals to ExCo for
consideration.
The board of directors of the HKFE to endorse
the amendments to Memart and to commend them
to members.
The HKFE to hold an Extraordinary General
Meeting (EGM) to consider and to adopt the
reconstitution proposals.
