1. As you know (from the annex to Mr Ireton's minute of 11 March) once AF bids have reached APD, we chair a series of bilateral discussions between ODA and DW departments. The deadline for receipt of AF bids was 8 April. Attached as confirmation of the arrangements you recently agreed with Mr Carroll, is a timetable for these discussions, which will take place from 21-27 April, in room 504, Eland House.
