Registration of the Sino-British Joint Declaration

Industry Department has recently engaged a PR consultant to develop a new presentation list with audio visual aids for inward investment. One brief shot they wish to include is the registration document of the JD (done at the UN on 12 June 1985). Could you find out whether this is kept at the UN and if so whether the PR firm would be allowed to photograph it.
