I believe that Hong Kong people can have faith in themselves, just as financial institutions and

multinational companies the world over have faith in their skills, their talents and their capacity to keep ahead of the competition. For my part I have no doubt at all that you can do it, that you can make Hong Kong as successful after 1997 as it is today.
