Q. COMMISSIONER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINTS
On 30 October 1987 the Hong Kong Government published a bill
containing proposals to establish a commissioner to investigate complaints of maladministration. The proposals are on lines which
are comparable with arrangements for our Parliamentary Commissioner.
They mark another step in the Hong Kong Government's efforts to make
government more open and accountable.
