Q. COMMISSIONER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINTS
On 30 October 1987, Hong Kong Government published bill containing proposals to establish a commissioner to investigate complaints of maladministration.
Proposals on lines which are comparable with arrangements for our Parliamentary Commissioner. They mark another step in Hong Kong Government's efforts to make government more open and accountable.
