MR MARTIN LEE

Hong Kong Tel No 198 reports that Mr Martin Lee is to lead a three-man delegation to London next week to lobby MPs before the Commons' Debate on Hong Kong on 20 January. Mr Ray Whitney MP told me at a reception last night that he had been contacted by Mr Lee suggesting a meeting on 18 January. He assumed that a number of other MPs would have been similarly approached.
