DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE VISIT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AND COMMONWEALTH AFFAIRS TO MANILA AND HONG KONG 26 MAY TO 1 JUNE 1988

1.

TRAVEL DETAILS

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Lady Howe and those listed at Appendix I, will depart LHR (Spelthorne Suite) at 1300 hours on Thursday 26 May on BA33. The party is expected to return to LHR (Spelthorne Suite) on Wednesday 1 June at 0540 hours on BA20.

2. BOXES, BRIEFCASES AND LUGGAGE

An FCO security van, accompanied by an FCO security officer, has been reserved for the journey to LHR (Spelthorne Suite). The van will depart the FCO at 1015 hours. Boxes, briefcases and luggage may be left in Room Wl any time up to 0930 hours on Thursday 26 May. Plain white luggage labels are enclosed for hold luggage. Yellow cabinload labels are also enclosed.

3. TRANSPORT TO LHR (SPELTHORNE SUITE) ON THURSDAY 26 MAY

A schedule of arrangements is shown at Appendix II.
