4. In view of the substantial difference in cost between chartering the VC10 and using commercial flights, you may wish to consider using British Airways/Cathay Pacific on this occasion. There is no objection on security grounds to using either of these airlines.

5. We have reserved six first and 12 Club Class non-smoking seats on all British Airways flights mentioned above and British Airways have requested seats on the Cathay Pacific flights. As flights to the Far East are heavily booked, British Airways need to know very soon whether or not we need these reservations.
