I should be grateful for your agreement to the inclusion of the following support staff in the Delegation for the visit to Manila and Hong Kong:
(a) Conference Officer (Miss B Davis)
(b) Two Royal Military Police to guard the Private Office, operate regular safehand runs and look after baggage, etc.
(c) Communications Officer: COD propose to send one Communications Officer based in Hong Kong to Manila to assist the existing staff (1 DS10 Archivist and the Ambassador's PA).
