LORD GLENARTHUR'S VISIT TO HONG KONG

Lord Glenarthur has now seen Hong Kong telegram no 92 about his visit at the end of February.

2. Lord Glenarthur entirely understands that the Governor must honour his commitment to attend the Tung Wah Ball. He is also content with the other arrangements the Governor proposes. He agrees that it should be possible to say that he intends to pay a longer visit later this year, without going into detail.
