(b) in regulation 9 by deleting paragraph (3) and substituting the
following--
"(3) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 7 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10,000.
(4) Any person who fails to comply with a requirement made by any officer under regulation 8 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000.”.
5. The Women and Young Persons (Industry) Regulations are Amendment of amended-
(a) in the provisions mentioned in column 1 of the Fourth Schedule to this Ordinance by deleting the amounts mentioned in column 2 and substituting the amounts mentioned in column 3;

(b) in regulation 19(a) by inserting after "regulation 15" the Fourth
following-
"or 16"; and
(c) in regulation 20 by deleting "or 16".
