Central Policy Unit

We are making proparations for the setting up of a Central Policy Unit (ink Tank) within the long Kong Government to consider and advise on complex policy issues which require concentrated study in order to produce the best solutions. The unit is expected to produce imagination solutions to difficult problems.

In setting up this unit, we would very much like to draw upon your oxperience as far as possible and should be grateful to know initially what the terms of reference of your policy unit ere.
