how
Members
of
this
Council
were supported or not supported by other Members of
this Council or
the Executive Council. That is a
matter purely for their own concern and not a matter
for the Administration.
MR. CHUNG (in Cantonese): Sir, in 1983, the Governor
appointed the Member who had the highest number of votes
in the Regional Council to this Council, and at the same
time Elected Members were also appointed to the Executive
