amends section 128 of the principal Ordinance to

provide for the effective implementation of a Closure ørder by empowering relevant public officers

to physically close the premises or vessel in

include the power of arrest to facilitate staff of

the departments to carry out flosure orders;

amends the Fifth Schedule to prescribe new forms of

Prohibition order and flosure order in English and

Chinese;

Council and Regional Council so that proceedings for

offences under the amended section 128 may be

brought by them;
