provide for the effective implementation of a Closure ørder by empowering relevant public officers
to physically close the premises or vessel in

the departments to carry out flosure orders;
amends the Fifth Schedule to prescribe new forms of
Prohibition order and flosure order in English and

Council and Regional Council so that proceedings for
offences under the amended section 128 may be
