FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS ORDINANCE

THE SECRETARY FOR EDUCATION AND MANPOWER moved the following motion:

That the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Dangerous Substances) Regulations 1988, made by the Commissioner for Labour on 22 February 1988

(1) be amended

(a)

by repealing regulation 4 (b); and

(b)

(2)

in the first sentence of the First Schedule by adding after solution*

}

the concentration being calculated on

a weight to weight basis*;

be approved as amended in paragraph (1).
