exchange rate is affecting the morale among expatriate

police officers. I wonder whether the problem caused by

the exchange rate has been included in the review? If

not, will the Secretary consider doing so?

concern about the exchange rate is something which has

been brought to the attention of Mr. Rennie and will be

considered by him in his review.
