FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS ORDINANCE

The Secretary for Education and Manpower addressed the Council and moved the following motion:

That the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Dangerous Substances) Regulations 1988, made by

by the Commissioner for Labour on 22 February 1988 -

be amended

(a)

(b)

in the

by repealing regulation 4(b); and
