Clause 2

That clause 2(a) be amended,

In the new section 19(2)

(a) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting

(b)

"(c) in connection with any civil

proceedings arising out of this

Ordinance;";

in paragraph (h) by adding after "in the

opinion of the Commissioner,

"such authority is subject to adequate

secrecy provisions in that place and";

(c)

in paragraph (i)

(i) by deleting "such organizations" and

substituting "any organization in a place";
