concessions proposed this year. On the one hand, I am happy because as a member of the business sector, I shall pay less tax; on the other hand, I feel rather disturbed because the Government is not going to transfer a greater proportion of the surplus to the reserves or plan to use more funds on strengthening the infrastructure to promote our economic development.
