Resumption of debate on second reading (2 March 1988)

In accordance with Standing Order 54 (2) the Council resumed the debate on the Appropriation Bill 1988.

Miss Lydia DUNN, Dr. HO Kam-fai, Mr. HU Fa-kuang, Mr. CHAN Kam-chuen, Mr. Stephen CHEONG, Mr. Peter POON, Mr. Kim CHAM and Mr. CHENG Hon-kwan addressed the Council.
