The main

objective of this centre is to keep our working community strong and healthy, and out of hospitals. How many of us.go

to hospitals annually for health check-ups? Do we not make

the inevitable mistake of seeing the doctors only when illness

becomes serious. And then to demand instant cure, so that we can continue to work! This is all wrong, and we know it! So

many of us make the same mistake. It is therefore about time

we changed our attitudes and invest in our health when we are still healthy. This investment requires both time, time to keep-fit and money spent on preventive care. Medica
