That clause 1 be amended

By deleting subclause (2) and substituting the

following

This Ordinance shall come into

Clause 2

That clause 2 be amended

(a) In paragraph (a) (i) by deleting

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting the proposed

subsection (3) and substituting the following

The Governor shall appoint

(a)

one of the persons appointed under

subsection (2)(b) as the Chairman

of the Authority; and

(b)

one of the persons referred to in

subsection (2) as the Vice-Chairman

The amendments were agreed to.
