As Members are aware, there is some urgency in this Bill and it is the Administration's hope that it may pass through this Council before the Easter recess. Adjournment of the debate on the Chief Secretary's motion would enable the Council to get on with the remaining business on the Order Paper. Sir, I beg to move.
