I said it when I began my Green

26 Paper debate last July and I want to repeat myself

that I am proud of Hong Kong and its achievements and I take great pride in being a citizen of Hong Kong. I truly believe that the White Paper is a well thought out document. It has taken the interests of Hong Kong fully into consideration. I have no hesitation in commending it to the people of Hong Kong. Sir, I support the motion.
