the amendment to the motion, I do agree with Mr, Martin Lee and M Conrad Lam and Mr. Szeto Wah. I have said before and I

still maintain that direct election is a better form of election and we should have it as soon as possible. I do not wish to repeat myself; I only want to talk about civic education and preparation for direct elections. Are our
