Sir, I stand opposed to Mr Szeto Wah's proposed amendment because it lacks logic, and because I believe it is motivated by political strategy rather than by will, to arrive at a better system for Hong Kong. Sir, before I sit down may I say I deplore the language used by Mr. Szeto in his speech just now; one can always hide behind a shield of the freedom of speech and freedom of expression, but how low can you stoop?
