The main services to be provided by the centre will

(a) providing information and advice on psychotropic

substances;

(b).

providing information on existing community services;

(c) counselling and early medical diagnosis and treatment;

(d)

referrals to other organisations including referrals

for medical treatment where appropriate; and

(e) providing young people with an alternative to peer

pressure to take drugs.
