Amendment proposed

#57 lc (a) in the new subsection (3), by deleting "a

reasonable time" and substituting the following

"one month"; and

by adding after the new subsection (3) the

following

"(4) The period referred to in

subsections (1)(f) and (3) shall commence

on the day next following the date of the

meeting of a Board at which the member

who is a member by virtue of section

6(1)(b) is first absent.".

In the new subsection (2), by deleting "a

reasonable time" and substituting the following

"one month"; and
