Vice-Presidents, Secretary General and Deputy Secretaries General will perform duties of the Board of Governors when the National Congress and the Board of Governors are not in session, carry out resolutions of the National Congress and is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Association. The Executive Committee is responsible to the Board of Governors and ren- ders working report to the National Congress on behalf of the Board of Governors.
Article 10. The working mechanism of the Association will be considered and set up by the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors.
