An Ordinance to confer on certain officers of the Correctional Services Department a power of arrest for the purposes of various Ordinances.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Correctional Services Depart- ment (Powers of Arrest) Ordinance 1988.

2. The enactments set out in the second column of the Schedule are, in the provisions set out in the third column of that Schedule, amended in the manner and to the extent set out in the fourth column of that Schedule.
